1. By entering this promotion, the participant will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

2. This Promotion is open to residents of Northern Ireland ONLY who are aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, suppliers, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

3. Email address and internet access are required.

4. Purchase is required. Retain promotional pack and proof of purchase.

5. Maximum one entry per person per day. Maximum one prize per person.

6. Promotion Period: participate between 00:01 on 1 March 2024 and 23:59 on 31 May 2024 to enter the promotion. There are two prize draw periods as set out below:

7. To participate: During the Promotion Period, purchase a promotional 8 x 440ml pack of Magners Cider and access www.winwithmagners-ni.co.uk. Enter the unique 8-digit code printed inside the pack along with your full name, telephone number and valid email address. All entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the then-current prize draw. Promotional 8 x 440ml packs are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

8. Each 8-digit code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, to use codes from non-promotional packs, or to use any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void.

9. Prize Draw Prizes: There are 205 Prizes split as follows:

10. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.

11. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

12. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the relevant Prize Draw Period which is live at the time the entry is received. The relevant prize draw will be conducted by or under the supervision of an independent body within 3 working days of the end of the relevant Prize Draw Period. The winners (128 for Prize Draw No. 1 and 77 for Prize Draw No. 2) and 70 reserves (for each of the Prize Draw Periods) will be selected. In the event the Promoter has to resort to the reserves to allocate prizes, these will be allocated in order that the reserves were originally selected.

13. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified by email to the account associated with the winning entry within 2 working days of date of the winner selection. The winners must respond within 10 working days of the date of the notification email, confirming compliance with these Terms and Conditions and eligibility (age, residency, and, if requested, the pack associated with the winning entry). Failure to comply with this timeframe may result in disqualification of that winner and the prize being awarded to a reserve selected in the same manner as described above. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account (including spam and junk folders) during this time in case they are a winner.

14. Unclaimed Prize Draw Prize: If despite the best efforts of the Promoter, a prize remains unclaimed after offering to 2 reserves, the Promoter shall not be obliged to allocate that prize but may withdraw it from the promotion.

15. Further Prize Details:

  1. a. The Promoter will endeavour to deliver all physical prizes within 30 days of the date of notification of the win HOWEVER delivery might be delayed due to a specific ongoing event which is delaying the ship carrying the prizes. The Promoter will update winners regularly and will confirm the scheduled delivery date when it’s known and will also and provide a point of contact for winners in the event of a delay past 30 days.
  2. b. Belsonic Festival prizes:
    1. i. Winner and guest must be over 18 years of age at time of event.
    2. ii. Winners will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize.
    3. iii. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation or alternatives will be provided.
    4. iv. Once the prize has been accepted, neither the Promoter, nor the prize agency nor any provider of any element of the prize shall be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or travel companies.
    5. v. All expenses not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions will be the responsibility of the winner.

16. This Promotion is administered by Quantum Marketing (Europe) Limited, incorporated and registered in England with company number 08649805 whose registered office is at 7 & 8 Church Street, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 1JH (“Administrator”).

17. Privacy: The details you provide when entering this promotion, namely your email address, will be held by the Promoter under the terms of its privacy policy, available at: https://magners.co.uk/privacy-policy/. Your personal data will be used by the Promoter and the Administrator as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Please note that in processing winning claims, the promoter may disclose your details to affiliates or third parties involved in the fulfilment process. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to GDPR@candcgroup.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. Subject to winner details being made available pursuant to clause 19 of these Terms and Conditions, your personal data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be deleted. Your personal data will not be used to marketing purposes. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to GDPR@candcgroup.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

18. The surname and county of residence of the prize winners will be available by sending an email to magners@wearequantum.co.uk with “Northern Ireland Summer Vibe Winners” in the subject header to arrive between 15 July 2024 and 15 September 2024. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting magners@wearequantum.co.uk. In any case, if a regulatory body requests confirmation of the existence of winners, or evidence of receipt of prizes, the Promoter shall be entitled to disclose the information of any winner to the regulatory body only.

19. Participants in this promotion agree that neither the Promoters nor any of the promotional parties will have liability for: a. any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; b. any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, human error or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion; c. any inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or email services; d. any damage to prizes sent to participants; e. any non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information by participants, postal disputes or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control; or f. any system failures on the email services.

20. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoters, its agents, and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of entering or taking up the Prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoters liability in respect of; (a) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or (b) liability arising out of the Promoters fraud.

21. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

22. The Promoters reserve the right to verify any claimant, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding a Prize and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.

23. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected, or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

24. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to entrants or third parties.

25. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.

26. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

27. The Promoter’s decision is final with regards to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

28. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Northern Irish law.
